I see lawguru is two months late in posting this question. By now you have had to resort to other measures. The answer for any future viewers with this problem is to contact the local district attorney and the local police. If you are incorrect and your girlfriend is a willing participant, there is not much relief that can be had. If she isn't there is probably criminal activity on the part of the offender, and the authorities (if they chose to do so) should have remedies if the perp can be ID'd.
