Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona
refusal to deal
The non-price related anti trust laws I see deals with the refusal to deal between a Manufacturer and a distributor.
What area of the law deals with the distributors refusal to deal with the retailer /seller- for the stated reason that ''the retailer is selling via internet catalog''?

Re: refusal to deal
That is usually either a contract-based issue, or simply a corporate policy which is imposed.
I would be happy to review issue more in depth and advise if it is important to you.
