Severance Question
Hi,
I recently got laid off from a company.As per the the company's policy iam receiving the Severance package.I got another permanent job in one of the local company which is a affiliate of the company i worked previous.I came to know as per the papers severance package will stop if i accept that offer.Now ,my question is if i join the affiliate company as a consultant(through a consulting company) will they still stop my severance.
