Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona

Website Trackers

I was interested in finding out if there was a Law that allows a person to know who visits thier website(In my case, im speaking of Myspace)I dont want to know thier IP address, the tracker that would be used would only let me know what city and country, the date that the page was viewed, and how many times. All personal information would be kept private and would not be known to anyone with out thier permission. If you could get back to me at your earliest convience, I would appreciate it. Thanks for your time.
