Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona
My company wants to reprimand me for writing a letter (NOT containing Company secrets, or confidential material) with copies to people outside the company. I maintain they are denying me my First Amendment right of free speech. Who is right?

Like most of the Constitution, the First Amendment limits only what the government can do. That means only the government can violate it. Private businesses cannot.
Your employer's actions might be improper for some other reason; I can't tell based on the limited information you've given us.
