Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona
If my fianc and I have been living together in the state of AZ for over 4 years and the home we live in is only in his name but I pay $1000 a month as my portion of the mortgage and we decide to break up our engagement where do I stand legally with the home situation? I've put aroundd $50,000 into this home in payments. Also is there a Common Law in AZ for anything that we have in the home or home itself

Your question is about family law and/or real estate law, not constitutional law. Please re-post it under one or both of those subjects. More lawyers with the relevant expertise will see it there, and future users with similar questions will be more likely to find it.
Good luck.
