Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona

Possible Fraud

I was given and accepted a proposal of marriage...(I also have it in written form)..At his urging and in my haste I moved from calif.to Arizona.I took a financial loss with my home and a partnership in a business in calif.to move here.I have since spent all of the $$ I came here with helping him build his new house. I have been told that he no longer wants to marry me and have been asked to leave. Is there any law where I have any legal right to be compansated for any financial losses. Do to his ''Proposal'' What legal recourse do i have if any.

Re: Possible Fraud

You have an equitable interest in the construction project to the extent of your investment. The business aspects of your relationship do not change even if the matrimonial aspects do.

You are well advised to consult with an AZ domestic relations lawyer to determine what action should be take to protect your investment.

The law can do nothing about the matrimonial aspects of your problem.
