Legal Question in Construction Law in Arizona
A sucontractor is trying to sue us for non-payment and they do not have a valid case. Court docs were filed 183 days after notice of mechanics lien and then papers served to us on 10/23/09 (not sure what took so long) Anyway, I went to the court website and found that the last dated entry was on 10/14/09 stating "Notice of Intent to Dismiss" what does that mean?

Probably that the party has decided to dismiss the case they started, or the court has found the claim to be without merit.
