Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Back Payments
Internet provider just notified me of a billing problem with automatic payments over the last 5 months,they have made no prior contact with me and I have no contract other than month to month.now they want the back payments for 5 months prior,they could have contacted me or shut the service off prior to running up this past due balance,what should I do?

If you were aware of and using the service provided, you should pay for the services. Your argument goes both ways, you could have contacted them to shut off the service to avoid any liability for payment. Good luck.
