Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
We bought a work truck from Tennesse, we are currently located in Arizona, when we got the truck down here we found out that the truck had over $5,000.00 worth of damage that needed to be fixed before it was operable. My question is becuase we paid for this vehicle being told that it was in great condition and that was not the case can we get reimbursed for the amount being spent on fixing the vehicle or no?

Probably not... I suspect you brought the truck used in Tennessee... in as is condition. You do not have a case in Arizona and must seek your remedy from Tennessee. One of the problems is that you transported the truck to Arizona. Did you drive it here... was it hauled here... did you purchase it without inspecting or driving it. Did you take it to a mechanic before you bought it? You have raised more questions for me than are included in the factual description of the problem.
