Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Buyers remorse...
I was under the impression that in arizona you had 3 days to return any major purchase. EX: a car. The dealer ship is saying this is not an option. What it the truth in this?

The dealership is correct. The 3 day return provision you are speaking about deals with agreements entered in your home or if the written agreement actually states there is a 3 day right to cancel, e.g. home purchase docs.
