Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Car trade without co-signer
My fiance was the primary person on my sons car loan. Is my son able to trade in the car without my fiance's signature. Both names are on the loan and title with my fiance being listed first.

Re: Car trade without co-signer
If the title designates the owners as an "or" situation, then either one can sell/trade the vehicle. However, if the balance is not paid, your son may be liable for the balance since he received the benefit of the transaction.
