Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
denied full refund
do i still have a case against auto dealership for a full refund of service contract cancelled in written form within sixty days as required. I have in writting that they would refund full amount which includes the theft protection. They argue that the ''theft'' part is not refundable. This dates back to 2004 can i still do something about it?

Re: denied full refund
Depends if contract requires claims/lawsuits to be made within certain timeframe. If no contract provision, then Arizona has a 6 year statute of limitation for written contracts.
