Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona

Online pharmacy

in October of 2004 I bought a website from a company in which the company services the site as well as advertise and host the site for a fee. In November of 2004 the site was not getting any visitors. I had paid 10060.80 to which they guaranteed 200,000 visitors. I became concerned and called the company, he assured me that everything was being done. In December of 2004 I called and asked for a refund, he said that he could not refund the money back to the credit card.In January of 2005 I called to ask once again for a complete refund since they were not giving the service that they said they would, he told me the company was going through a transition and they were moving to a new location but keeping the same phone number.Over the next few months I tried to call but no one would return my calls. In August of 2005 I finally got ahold the owner which he said he would take care of it and I would have

200,000 visitors to my site by Oct 1st of 2005 which came and went-I had 22,000 visits. There was no detailed disclosure from the company nor did I sign a contract with the company. The owner said he did not have to sign a contract because his company does not own, govern, maintain or otherwise manage the program which I enrolled.

Re: Online pharmacy

Your complaint doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

But for that amount of money you have two options. 1) accept that you made a bad business decision and move on, or 2) sue them in small claims court and try to collect any judgment.
