Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
If I signed a contract at a car dealship and it stated my payment was $100.52 per month and when the payment coupon came back it was $101.58.
Isn't the payment amount supposed to be the same as the contract?

It should be the same amount, however, the contract may also say that the actual payment amount may fluctuate based upon the actual percentage rate and fees on the date of signing. Call the dealership or the company who is loaning you the money and ask why there is a discrepancy and find out how the new amount will affect your pay off of the car. Hope this information helps.
