Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
I signed a purchase contract for a used car on Saturday and was informed I could not pick up the car until Tuesday because is need to go through safety inspection and detailing. The dealership is now giving me the run around on when the vehicle will be ready. Can I get out of the contract if they have not turned over the vehicle to me?

What was the delivery date set forth in your contract? This does not appear to be a breach of your purchase contract.
