Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Out of state firearm purchase
I contacted a business located in arizona to purchase a handgun to be shipped to california. The business is a firearms dealer that i will refer to as the seller. Upon receipt of certified check, the seller was to ship the handgun to my Federal License Holder here in California. The seller never shipped the handgun and i did not get my money back. The check was cashed. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, attorney general of arizona, and arizona police department.
This has been ongoing since December of last year (2002).
How can i get my money back ?

Re: Out of state firearm purchase
depending on the amount of the purchase, you could either file a suit for fraud and/or breach of contract in small claims or superior court in california most likely. once you obtain a judgment in your favor, any attorney or collection agency can recover from this seller. if you would like further assistance or representation in this matter, feel free to email me directly.
