Is a verbal agreement a binding agreement to purchase an automobile in ariz?

Interesting question. I can't give you legal advise specifically but I can give you some general information. Arizona does uphold verbal agreements providing each party has taken some action to enforce the agreement. So, if you agreed upon a price and that price was paid, then you have an agreement for the sale of the property. Verbal agreements can be enforceable only if there is action by one party and the other party relied on the action. Hope this helps.
