Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Verbal Agreement
I had winning bid on vehicle at auction. I paid 1/2 money day of sale, with other half due on Monday. This was agreeable with man holding auction.
Now I am told that by bid was voided because I did not pay the full amount on day of sale.
Is this legal and where do I stand?

Re: Verbal Agreement
To my knowledge in the State of Arizona, If you have a agreement in writing or oral for this transaction it is not void and null if both parties agreed to this. However it has been my expierence with online auctions that you would have this in writing usually via email, if so that would hold up in court much better than any oral agreement.
