Legal Question in Consumer Law in Arizona
Verbal Contract
I got my Clutch replaced at a shop named Mr. Clutch. The Manager on duty told me that the warranty was covered in California. (The clutch has a ''Life Time Warranty''.) He told me that if the clutch became defective that he would have it fixed in California. The reason for him saying this is because my clutch was not completely useless at the time I arrived at his shop. I told him that I was from San Diego and my clutch was starting to act up. So we spoke and had a conversation which included the above information. My question is, ''Is a verbal agreement about a warranty upheld in court?''
