Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
2 yr. old debt
man in OH buying horses & tack from me. Won't pay. Sold some of the horses without paying for them yet. Paid some--not all. Paper was drawn up that total debt was to be paid by 11/30/2006. Didn't happen. He has been renting out horses at his facility. Sent several letters-he won't pay--just gets mad at me. Do I have a case? What can I do?

From what you've said here, it sounds like to have a case. You'd have to sue him to get your money. The problem will be enforcing the judgment if you win. You can probably sue in Arizona, but if he doesn't have assets in Arizona then you'll have to enforce the judgment in Ohio. Bring all the papers to an attorney for some advice.
