collecting a small claims judgement

if you obtain a judgement in a small claims court in arizona,can you collect on it in another state such as ca,due to the fact the debtor has no assets in arizona.

You betcha. How easy the collection will be depends on how you are trying to collect. Levying a bank account is far easier than garnishing wages. The justice courts have forms available for either scenario. If you are attempting to collect from someone in the military, though, there are different requirements.
