Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

I've been contacted by a law office the gentleman says to pay an outstanding debt, he says before he can send me paperwork on it i have to send the payment in full and then within 5 business days I will receive all my information, I don't know of this debt but of course not everyone can remember each debt, he calls me at work says he is going to speak to my supervisor send an officer to my work and I have a voicemail saved in which someone is telling me to call back urgently and then cuss at me calling me a m***f***, what are my options does he have to send me paperwork first?

Richard Groves Law Office of Richard Groves

You should NEVER make a payment to anyone on an alleged debt without understanding fully what the debt is for, and you agree to the amount due.

The collection practices that you are describing violate federal law.

Feel free to contact my office for a free consultation to discuss your rights.
