court summons on car repo

server gave boyfriend court summons for me, neither one of them signed anything. The summons had the delivery sheet still attached to front of summons, nothing filled out. Have I legally been summoned?

Yes. The process server will swear that he served someone over the age of 18, at your place of residence, and that will most likely be enough. Therefore, an Answer to the Plaintiff's complaint is due within 20 days from that date.
