Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
I have a court summons concerning a credit card debt of $6300. What can I do to work this out? The lawyers want $500 a month. There is no way I can do that.

Answer the lawsuit and try to work out a payment plan. In the event the opposing attorney were to obtain a judgment and garnish your wages, you would probably not pay that much... generally a garnishment is 25% of non exempt wages, unless you have a hardship, then it is reduced to 15%.
