Re: Court summons for payment default

In Arizona a Summons does not include a Court date.

If you have been served, you have 20 days to file an Answer with the Court.

If you don't Answer during the 20 day period, the party suing you may get a default judgment against you. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN!

While you have the right to Answer the lawsuit yourself, I recommend that you see a consumer attorney to analyze your possible defenses and/or

counterclaims.

If you have any further questions, feel free to call my office.
