Credit Card Harassment and constant calling

I lost my job a year ago, and have been making payments to our credit crads as I can. I have spoken to several people on several occassions (in one day sometimes) and explained it (calls are all being recorded). The calls start as early as 8 am and until 9:30 pm. One comapny (Chase Bank) in particular has threaten to sue us and call at least 20 times a day, sometimes within minutes of each other. Is there anything we can do? This is causing major stress ontop of the stress we are already under. Please help.
