Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
I had a credit card that stopped paying about 3 years ago. Tried to settle with debt collector but could not ever reach a settlement that I was cabable of doing. They have served me with court docs and I need to respond. Not sure what to do.

In AZ, if you don't file a reponse, the other party can obtain a default judgment against you. Therefore, you need to file a reponse within the deadlines to keep from having a judgment entered against you. You should also consider having an experienced attorney review your documentation and file a response on your behalf.
