credit discrimination
my wife and i have seperate credit cards from the same company but mine was just cancelled without notification because of inactivity while my wifes was not simply because we are making payments but do not use the card. is this discrimination upon me for holding a zero balance while i pay down other cards

It's not really discrimination, in the legal sense. You may want to call the credit card company and ask them if they will reinstate your card. In this economy, though, many credit card companies are slashing available credit and canceling cards to limit their exposure if their cardholders lose their jobs as economists are predicting.
