why do attorneys get away with harrassment at work, threaten law suits, wage garnishment, yet provide no proof they are authorized to collect a debt?

Attorneys are subject to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Contact a consumer rights attorney that sues abusive debt collectors in your state to see if you have a case.
