Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

gifts or loan?

My ex-boyfriend just moved out of our house after 4 months. I asked him to leave. He is now claiming that I owe him money from gifts he purchased during the relationship and bills he offered to pay. There was no agreement that he'd be paid back at any time. He says he is going to sue me. Do I need to be concerned?

He would have to prove that any of the items you listed were not gifts.
