my husband took out a personal credit line with a bank i live in az i didnt sign anything am i responsible for this payment?

Even if you are not living together, while married you are jointly responsible for all debts incurred. However, if this was something where both parties were supposed to sign and you didn't because you didn't know about it, it might be deemed his separate debt. More information would be needed to further advise you.
