identity theft credit card fraud
identity theft, fraudulent applications and charges. filed PD report, credit companies are hounding me, what do I do about the payments on these cards???

Send a copy of the police report to the creditors via certified mail. Inform them that you dispute the charges. Then contact an attorney that does free consultations to discuss the problem further.
