what can I include in my claim?

I am a part time employee of a small plumbing company. We have decided to start taking clients who haven't paid us to small claims court with me as a representative for the company. Can my company's claim include the cost of paying me for the time I spend going to court and working on the case?

Generally no, unless it was included in your agreement. Also, there may be a requirement that an attorney must represent the company if it is a corporation.
