Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

Jet Ski Deal

I sold a jet ski to a ''friend'' but kept the loan under my name as he assured me that it would be paid off in a year. 5 years laters his payments are non existant and will not return my phone calls or emails. The details of our arrangement are noted on a notorized bill of sale stating that he is responsible for the full loan amount. Overall, is there anyhting that can be done. I have keep the loan current, but would like to settle this account.

Re: Jet Ski Deal

You can sue him. Act fast though because, in Arizona, the statute of limitations is only 6 years. Talk to an attorney for help filing the lawsuit.
