Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
I have a jugement in AZ and the person is in CA so how do I get it put into some type of collection system as I have no lawyer in CA and very limited funds.

Thank you for the question. You will need to first domesticate in California your Arizona judgment. Once you receive confirmation California has recognized the judgment, you can use California laws to garnish bank accounts, wages, etc. If the debtor has any assets in Arizona, you can use the Arizona judgment to execute on them.
