Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
Do I have legal recourse to collect a personal loan after 2 years. I received two payments and the person moved out of state.Now he makes false promises of repayment but never follows through with his payments.

Yes, you have legal recourse. It would be helpful, but not necessary, to have the loan agreement in writing. While it would be more convenient to litigate here, you may have to domesticate the judgment in the state where the opposing party now resides in order to collect.
