Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
a loan company forclosed on a travel trailer around december of last year. we were only about a month and half behind on payments. my question is : can this loan company find out what banks i deal with?

It is very difficult to determine what banks you have deposits with and if they decide to try to levy a bank account, it is not usually very fruitful. They have other options, like wage garnishment, that are much more likely to get money out of you.
