Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
Married women rights in a consumer credit contract
Does a husband have the legal right to use a car his wife has title to as a down payment for another vehicle without her permission?
Can a married man sign a financial load application to purchase a used car without the wifes signature?
Thank you for your response?

Yes, generally only one signature is necessary to pledge community assets for community debts or to apply for credit. For complete advise, please call 1-800-677-1010 for a $75.00 consultation. Keith Knochel, www.mohavebar.com, [email protected].
