repay a loan

I lent a co-worker $300.00 cash over 3 months ago and she has not re-payed me. She refuses to return my phone calls and has canceled her cell phone. How can I get my money back?

You can file suit in small claims court. The costs are minimal for filing the complaint. I would suggest writing her a letter and sending it certified mail warning her you'll take her to court if she doesn't repay the money.
