Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona
Am I resposible for my husbands credit card debt, truck debt, motorcyle debt , and house debt if they are under his name. All items were aquired after we were married. Please help.

Yes. Arizona is a community-property state so you have some responsbility for these debts even though you didn't incur them and they aren't in your name. But they were acquired during the marriage so they are marital debts, so to speak. The only way to get out from under them is probably by filing for divorce, which I wouldn't advise unless you don't want to be married anymore.
