Small claims for an accident

Hit by a car backing up from a parking space on private property. The person had no insurance. I was taken to a hospital by ambulance for my personal injuries.I was not in my car. The personal filled out a fraudulent police report stating she had insurance in force, when in fact, she had been cancelled for non-payment. She was an employee of the business, but not driving a business-owned vehicle.

If she was on duty, you may have recourse against the employer. After you are done treating, submit a demand to the negligent driver, and employer if on duty.
