Staute of Limitations

I want to go to Small Claims for monies owed to me by someone. This took place Feb or 2001. Has my time ran out in order to collect?

No. If this was a verbal agreement, you will have three years from default within which to bring a lawsuit. If there is a written agreement, you have six years.
