When submitting a discovery in a civil case.. is there a font format the letter needs to be in?

Arizona is pretty flexible in the rules required for pleadings. Most people use Times New Roman, font 12 because it is easy to read. If you look at Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure in the Arizona Rules of Court, you will find all of the guidance you need to draft appropriate documents which comply with the rules. You should be able to find a copy of the Rules on line by using google... westlaw... or visiting the local library in the court house.
