Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

3 Counts of Armed Robbery; 1 Count of 1St degree Burglaree; 1 Count of Flight fr

I am facing some major charges, charges similar to ones that I have been convicted of in the past but this time I didn't do it! At my 1st court date I requested a speedy trial, that was a huge mistake. Can you please tell me if there is anyway I can reverse this in court?

Given that you are posting a message, you are obviously out of custody and so pushing speedy trial was not the best idea. The best remedy in my opinion is to get a new lawyer who has a 'straight faced' reason to ask for a continuance. They may jam your current lawyer and tell them too bad, you asked for it. I am experienced in violent crimes of this nature. Feel free to contact me.
