im 18 and my gf is 16 we both live in Arizona and im a senior and shes a softmore. she is exactly 2 years and 4 days younger than me, both born in June, can we legally have intercourse?

In Arizona by law, 16 year olds are incapable of giving consent to engage in sexual intercourse with an adult, even if the adult is only 18. Therefore to do so is a crime for which the adult 18 year old may be prosecuted.
