Hi i am 15 and was recently areested for possesion of marijuana i Live in Tucson Arizona and I Wanted to Know what the consequences are for that felony It was less than 1 gram of weedi was caught and right away told the officer i had some i didnt deny It can You please help and tell me what might happen to me.

In Arizona, your amount and circumstances (less than 1 gram in your possession) would indicate it qualifies as "personal possession" of marijuana, which is a class 6 felony, What would happen in court depends on your prior criminal history. With no prior felony or drug convictions, you may be offered a diversion program as an option to keep the charge off of your record. Probation may be an option. If you have a significant criminal history, a class 6 felony carries possible prison (or juvenile detention) time.
