Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
can a 63 year old man that is SMI with dementia be revoked from probation and sentence to prison, for non compliance to probation. he is SMI with dementia, this is my father and has just been arrested by az probation and a petition to revoke has been filed what can I do
