Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
a 20 year old passeger left in the car with the keys in the ignition..the driver left him in the car for more than three hours , it was around 2 or 3 in the morning..passenger felt afraid for his safety as he did not know the neighborhood..he called the driver and he did not respond... passenger took the car home.. is is "unlawful means of transportation'?

Without more facts it is hard to say whether there would be a criminal offense or even civil tort here. I would think there would be a valid defense/excuse claim for necessity. Good luck!
