Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
if one absconds from intense probation in arizona, will a country wide warrant be issued or would it be an in state only warrant?

Intensive Probation (IPS) is usually an alternative to a prison sentence because standard probation is not a reasonable choice. Since the conviction is for a felony, the usual issuance of an arrest warrant is country wide when one absconds from probation.
